The agreement
By using Alpharepo you agree to these terms. Where your firm has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs and takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at security@alpharepo.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your data
You keep all rights to the models, estimates and content you bring to the service. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, reverse engineer it, or resell access to it. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Availability and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Alpharepo is a research tool, not investment advice, and nothing it outputs is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Liability, termination and contact
To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Either party may terminate under the terms of the applicable agreement. Questions go to legal@alpharepo.com.
