What we collect and why

Account information
Name, work email, firm and role, collected when an account is created or a demo is booked. We use it to operate the service, provide support and send service notices. It is not sold.
Model and estimate data
The cells you point the Excel plug-in at, plus the estimates and revision history derived from them. This is stored in your team's own tenant, used only to provide the service to you, and never pooled across customers.
Usage data
Standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed and timestamps) used to keep the service running, diagnose faults and understand which features are used.
Cookies
We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. Scheduling pages embed Calendly, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@alpharepo.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, and we honour those requests regardless of residency.
Retention and contact
We keep customer data for as long as the account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Questions about this policy go to privacy@alpharepo.com.
