Your positioning is the most sensitive data you have

Estimates reveal what you think before the market knows it. Everything below follows from treating that as the threat model.

Controls

The measures that matter most for a research workflow.

Per-team data isolation

Each team's estimates live in their own tenant. There is no shared pool, no cross-client aggregate, and no product feature that would require one.

Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS on every connection and encrypted storage for models, estimates and revision history alike.

Least-privilege access

Access to production is scoped, logged and reviewed. No blanket standing access to customer data.

Your models stay yours

We read the cells you point us at. We do not train shared models on your numbers or surface them to any other customer.

Practices

SOC 2 controls

We operate to SOC 2 control objectives covering security, availability and confidentiality. Reach out for our current report status and we will walk your team through the details.

Backups and recovery

Databases are backed up on a nightly schedule with tested restores and defined retention. Recovery procedures are exercised, not assumed.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@alpharepo.com. We will acknowledge quickly, keep you updated, and will not pursue good-faith research.

Running a vendor security review?

We are used to questionnaires, architecture calls and procurement timelines. Send yours over and we will turn it round quickly.
